Return Policy for online purchases

Walikka wants you to feel comfortable and happy trying its skin care products.
I will be more than happy to offer a full refund  for all item(s) you didn’t enjoy for any proven reason the first and second time you purchase it/them as long as the return is within 14 days.

Shippings costs.

Shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
Refunds will not include shipping cost.
We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products.

 

How to send a request.
To initiate a request for refund, you can email Walikka with your concern followed by the order number at info@walikka.com. 
Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.

After 30 days, we provide a  partial store credit code of 40% of your original purchase if you are not pleased with your order, however this is limited to 60 days after purchase.
After 60 days, we will not exchange or credit an order.

Due to the perishable nature of Walikka's products, all returned items will be destroyed.
Therefore, it would be required from the buyer  to send as many details as possible and the reason for the return.

Prematurely expired products will be replaced if the product spoils within six (6) months of the purchase date.

We may ask for photos to better understand the product issue.

Broken Package - Delivery issues.

It's extremely important that we ensure your package arrives safely.
We will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit.
Please email Walikka as soon as you receive your order. 

Send the following information: picture, order number, date of arrival.
 

Returns with outside purchase
Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange.
